Now Kuiken Brothers is more than simply an Andersen materials supplier. With the help of the Andersen Dealer Service Network (DSN) program, Kuiken Brothers has brought customer service to a new level by offering customers Andersen support after the sale. Today, when contractors and homeowners face the unlikely scenario of post-installation issues with their Andersen products, the DSN program allows Kuiken Brothers to provide assistance with a suite of services tailored to both types of customers.

It all starts with training. During the last ten years Kuiken Brothers has sent four staff
members to the Andersen Bayport facility for extensive hands-on service instruction. Kuiken Brothers now has three service trucks on the road at all times. Our service technicians are skilled craftsmen who can quickly resolve Andersen window and door issues.
